Capocollo al Moscato di Noto Acantus
Italian pork neck, of deep red color, with garnet shades between the meat and the white of the fatty parts. Of meaty and velvety flavor it is superficially covered by natural molds, typical of ageing in cellars. The slice releases sweet fragrant notes, because of the high quality of the meat used and Moscato Acantus wine. The taste is generous and of remarkable structure, it continuously evolves proposing multiple sensations and scents, leaving a clean mouth.
