DRY MOSCATO DI NOTO ACANTUS

From an innovative reinterpretation of the classic dessert wine Moscato di Noto, a unique product with scents and tastes not alike any other table white wine. Ideal to be combined with meats, fish, cheese or to be used as an aperitif, it keeps the amazing aroma and flavours of the classical Acantus with the addition of a dry taste.

VINIFICATION: The whole process is run at a controlled temperature, from maceration to the soft pressing until fermentation and maturation with picks of 3°C
RAISING SYSTEM: Espalier raised with a spurred cordon
